Massage & Reflexology

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of muscles, tendons and ligaments to enhance your health and well-being. Reflexology treats specific areas of the body by applying pressure to their corresponding reflexes in the hands and feet.

Massage & Reflexology at Healing Flow

We offer many types of massage, including reflexology, that have a range of health benefits.

If you have been injured doing sport, suffer from the aches and pains of daily life, or simply want to relax, we would be happy to discuss which treatment would be most suitable for you.

Unlike many spas and retreats, we  offer a very personalised, therapeutic approach so you get the most out of your treatment.

Hot Stones Massage

Hot stone treatments are proven to soothe an aching body by alternating relaxing warmth and refreshing coolness. Hot stones are coated in fragrant oil, which is also smoothed gently onto your body.

Heat from the stones relaxes your body in a short space of time so your therapist can work deeply on pressure points and problem areas.

Reflexology

Reflexology involves the application of gentle pressure to points on your hands and feet that correspond with the organs, glands, tissues and muscles in your body.

As well as being extremely relaxing, it is used to treat problems and re-balance the body by targeting nerve endings. This helps the circulation of blood, oxygen and ‘qi’ through the body to treat affected areas.

Pre-Natal Massage

Having spent quite some time as a massage therapist at a number of the leading retreats and spas, I got a good look at the industry as a whole. I noticed that while there were a few companies that offered massage treatment, there were very few that offered a personally tailored, therapeutic approach. This is why I ventured out on my own and created Healing Flow.
