I have taught yoga for over eight years after training extensively in South East Asia.
I have over 12 years experience working in the beauty industry, providing beauty and holistic services within spas, salons and retreats.
I am devoted to offering bespoke acupuncture treatments in a relaxing and tranquil environment.
Fusing knowledge from traditional Chinese medicine and the health, beauty and spa industry, we are able to provide holistic alternatives to conventional Western treatments clients find rewarding and beneficial.
I focus on treating people rather than conditions, ensuring clients feel fulfilled both physically and mentally.
I will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals.
I try and stay as authentic to myself in all that I do! I believe balance is the key...
I really hope you enjoy your journey with us at Healing Flow Clinic & Studios.
Hazel
My name is Hazel. I have taught Pilates to many different people for 13 years.
Pilates is my passion. It inspires me to see my students develop on their Pilates journey.
I am also a runner, cyclist and duathlete and know first hand those troublesome areas we all experience, whether we run, cycle, play sport or go to the gym. We can have a tendency to neglect our mobility, stability and flexibility.
Pilates can target those smaller muscles we generally neglect or find hard to reach, as well as targeting core strength and overall body strength and posture. This is what I love about Pilates.
